THE AGONIST Pulls Out Of NILE Tour

Montreal-based, female-fronted metallers THE AGONIST have cancelled their participation in the upcoming North American tour featuring NILE and SUICIDE SILENCE (which was due to begin in March and run into late April) so that they could complete work on the follow-up to their debut CD, "Once Only Imagined".

A THE AGONIST e-card is available, featuring video messages from vocalist Alissa White-Gluz discussing the meaning behind each track on "Once Only Imagined", along with their first music video for the track "Business Suits and Combat Boots", shot by renowned director David Brodsky (ALL THAT REMAINS, GWAR, THE RED CHORD). "Once Only Imagined" tackles some of society's biggest issues, including animal testing, drug abuse, eating disorders, environmental protection and man's inhumanity towards man and animals. The band's ultimate goal, though, is simply to encourage people to think for themselves.
